This is a handmade Bamboo Native American style flute in the key of C#-

It was handmade with Phyllostachys aurea Bamboo (615x42 mm). This flute was fire treated and a dragon scale design was carved to the hole surface of it. The exterior was then protected with a mixture of beeswax and sunflower oil. The interior was protected with sweet almonds oil. The bird is also made with carved bamboo and fixed with genuine brown leather.

It has the minor pentatonic scale, which is a very melodic mode, tuned to the key of low C# (277,2 Hz). This is a very intuitive flute to play: by just going up and down the scale it will always sound good! making it a very good improvisation instrument. It is also very bassy and sltighly airy sound, being ideal for meditation sessions.
