High D major pentatonic flute. Culture fusion bamboo flute | Rui Gomes

Made out of Pseudosasa Vulgaris bamboo (30cm), this is an ethnic flute with a major pentatonic scale in the key of high D (A=440Hz). With a rich tone, this pocket flute It will play loud and clearly in 2 octaves. This scale is quite uplifting, with a western feel to it.

It has 4 holes, making it a very easy flute to play for beginners. Given its melodic scale, this flute is a great platform for improvisation, meditation or sound healing. By just going up and down the scale, it will always sound well.

The materials were carefully selected. After being cured by the shade for 1 year, this very special piece of bamboo was then very lightly fire treated.
The cap is made out of a vintage piece of African mahogany.

It was finished with sweet almonds oil and shellac.
