This is a handmade Penny Whistle (or Tin Whistle) by Rui Gomes. The materials used were PVC pipe and Hard Resin. This whistle is non-tunable. It is a great option for Irish Music, or any other Folk or world music.

It will play loud and clearly in two octaves. It has a soft tone, without that "shrill".
