This is a native american style flute made out of bamboo (~18.5 inches or 47 cm).
Since this is a NAsF, in order to play, all you have to do is blow into the tube! :) It has five holes (ranging between 7-9 mm), playing a minor pentatonic scale in the key of F# (A440). This melodic scale makes it easy to improvise and is a good platform for intuitive playing.
The bamboo piece was carefullly cured by the shade and then fire treated for improved mechanical properties and design. The totem is made out of genuine African Mahogany and beech wood, sitting on an African Mahogany nest, and attatched with genuine dark leather.
