This is a pocket transverse flute made out of Pseudosasa Vulgaris bamboo (31 cm or 12.2 inches) with an Harmonic Minor scale, tuned to D5 . This is a melodic scale, which is great for improvising and relaxing. It is suitable for small hands.
This flute has a loud airy tone and is a nice instrument for improvisation, resembling baroque music. It will always sound good no matter the fingering!
It is made out of a solid piece of bamboo, naturally cured by the shade. The exterior was lighlty fire treated and waxed using beeswax and almonds oil. The interior was protected with sweet almonds oil. It is suited for medium and small hands.
Please note that this flute has natural imperfections, also known as poetry! :)
