This is deep sounding ocarina (or vessel flute) made out of Phyllostachys Aurea bamboo and African Mahogany, built in the Native American Style. (~18x5).
It will play in a minor melodic mode tuned in the key of low C#, with a few extra melodic possibilities. For instance, it will play in F4 minor scale. This is a very intuitive ocarina to play! This is a nice alternative to big NA Flutes, since it is more comfortable on the fingers.
It has a rustic finish, being slightly fire treated. The exterior was protected with a mixture of beeswax and sunflower oil and the interior with sweet almonds oil.
