Handmade out of a carefully selected long-internode species of bamboo, this transverse flute is tuned in B flat / A sharp (A =440) and will play clearly in two full octaves.
With a total size of ~38 cm, it is suitable for western (folk, irish) as well as eastern (e.g., indian) music, as well as meditation music.
The top cap is made made out African Mahogany.
Shellac and beeswax were used for finishing.

- A little hidration with sweet almonds oil from time to time will help :)
