This is an ocarina / vessel flute made out of Phyllostachys Aurea bamboo and beechwood, built in the native american style.
Its dimensions are 12,5 x 3,7 cm.

It has six holes, and will play in the minor pentatonic scale in the key of A = 440Hz, plus one extra note, making it a very intuitive instrument.

This bamboo piece was lightly fire treated after being cured for 6 months for improved mechanical properties and rustic design.

The exterior was protected with beeswax and the interior with sweet almonds oil.
