Simple system Flute in D up to 6 keys | Rui Gomes

This is my new Flute model in D. It has a wide bore flute, with strong low register and easy reedy tone.

Construction details:

• Keys are made of brass, and can be Silver plated; 
• Keys are mounted on posts, made of brass;
• Rings are brass or stainless steel;
• Flute is made in 3-pieces, with long middle joint and a short foot;
  
• Tuning slide, made of brass, is, by default, integrated/hidden in the head and middle joint, like late 19th century flutes;
• The 4 keys on the 4-keyed model are Eb, Short F, G# and Bb
• The 6 keys on the 6-keyed model are Eb, Short F, Long F, G#, Bb and C

A few important aspects: 

• This is a made to order listing, meaning I will start making the flute after the purchase;
• Keyed flutes can be payed in 2 moments: a 500€ deposit + the remaining when finished. Please write me for further details; You can order it in full too;
• If you are in the European Union, these prices include VAT. If not, you may be subject to additional Import Taxes. As you may imagine, I have no accurate way of determining these myself;
• Waiting times for 4 and 6-keyed flutes is 60-90 days; for keyless, 30-60 days. Please note these may vary as a function of workload. I will do my best to meet the times while not cutting corners! You can always email me to rui@soprosrg.com
